Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the BarangAI website, applications, and services (the "Services"), operated by BaioVet Tech Corp and Content Crew LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What BarangAI is — and is not

BarangAI educates and provides decision support. It does not provide professional advice, and it does not decide, guarantee, or warrant outcomes. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and no provider–client, physician–patient, or attorney–client relationship is created by using the Services. For decisions with legal, medical, or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.

2. Products vs. advisory domains

BarangAI presents nine live applications and a number of advisory domains. Advisory domains are areas in which we consult; they are not existing products and must not be treated as available software. Where the Services describe a capability as consultative or in development, it is not offered for sale as a finished product.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Services lawfully and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Do not represent BarangAI as affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any government body or AI model provider unless expressly stated in writing by us.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including the BarangAI name and interface, are owned by BaioVet Tech Corp and its affiliates. NiNode™ is a USPTO trademark with a provisional patent application filed. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services as intended. All other rights are reserved.

5. No warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs are accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaioVet Tech Corp, Content Crew LLC, and their officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law (including in the Philippines) applies to you. Venue and dispute resolution will be specified in the final version.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
