BaioVet Tech Corp and Content Crew LLC act as the data controllers for personal data processed through the BarangAI website. Contact details are below.

• Contract — to provide a service or consultation you request;
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Services, balanced against your rights;
• Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

3. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

4. International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, and we remain accountable for its protection.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and apply security measures aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
